Hemet and San Jacinto are home to a number of fine smaller museums dealing with the rich local history of San Jacinto Valley. Each of our museums preserve and celebrate the valley’s special place in California’s history. The recently built Center for Water Education and Western Center for Archeology and Paleontology are the valley’s first two major museums; they draw visitors from all corners of the Inland Empire and beyond.
